Thanks Mark & Bro for checking in
I'll provide more graphics when I have them ready.

Getting up in the middle of the night is not easy, went back to bed twice after resetting my alarm half an hour later
Finally got up at 5 (4,5 hours of sleep, but not really 3 cycles) and woke up while having a very nice conversation with someone on MSN
Wanted to run in the early morning, but decided running is better done AFTER a nap. Result of (dreams in) this more-than-great nap can be found here

Yesterday I found this article with a lot of scientific research proving against polyphasic sleeping (mainly against uberman). I still have to read it completely (I'm not very fond of reading extremely long texts, especially in English ) but I'm happy to have found it.

Scheme for today will be a little 'free run', since I have another poker party with my flatmates, take a nap just before and my core after and another nap between now and tonight. But I have no idea about the times yet. After a 4,5h core, it doesn't really matter to keep myself too strict on the times anyway.

Funny realisation: checking the date, seeing it's December 19th and thinking "huh, I thought yesterday was already dec 19..."
