My ear

I just had a loud sound in my ear, i usually get them often. I dunno how to explain it except...a sound. I guess a frequency or w/e. Not sure if this would go here, kinda a health problem. Anyway what is that noise and how do i get rid of it? If you have listened to brainwave generator and hear those sounds it's kinda like that but it's louder and sometimes painfull on the ear, and it's usually 1 sound going from low to high. edit- Usually when i'm in a new place i get a noise in my ear and i shake after, or recently (the past few months recently) i go anywhere and i get the noise without the shakes.
