I have problems staying awake in school. In order to get there I need to wake up at 6:30. I usually sleep 10:30-6:30, a solid 7-8 hours. However I always feel tired during the day and I've fallen asleep in every single class at one time or another. Is there any way I can alter my sleep schedule, in order to get a more recuperative sleep while still staying within the confines of my day to day life? As a side note napping during study halls and free periods is frowned upon in my school. |
