Maybe try to exercise to give you more energy, stretch or jump. Eat a good balance breakfast. Also on lunch time try to take a quick nap if it's possible. Instead of going to sleep at 10:30pm try to go to sleep at 8:30-9:30pm. |

I've heard OVER sleeping has a negative effect and will actually make you tired. Might be true because sometimes I wake up full of energy and I decide to lay in bed for a bit (because I can) and I doze off and I wake up really tired. |
