Too bad you can't have naps at school.
Maybe you could try to include a 30 minute nap AFTER school, before dinner, if that's possible. So you don't have a 16 hour waking period, but only 11-12 hours.
I wouldn't suggest you to cut on sleeping hours, because when you're learning a lot, your brain has a lot to process...
