...In other words, when I'm talking to myself, not outloud, my throat, lips and tongue tend to move as if I were actually speaking outloud? Is it just me or does everyone do this? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Yeah, okay, I do this, too. Like, when you're sort of talking out loud, but not quite. I notice once in a while that I'll start mouthing stuff to myself out of the blue. I've always liked thinking aloud to myself, too...helps me think more clearly. |

Yup, I do this too. It's normal |

Sometimes.. |

When reading a lot of people do what is known as subvocalisation. It's pretty much edit: saying the words in your head. When people subvocalise some tend to move their lips and the like. I guess it's because most of us are so use to talking (usually done out loud =). It's considered normal (and it's common), even though it can be eliminated. |

Sure, I do it and it works, but not OFTEN. |

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Law abiding citizen by day, breaking the laws of reality by night.
"How can you be aware that you're dreaming, if you're never aware that you're awake?"
yer i do this. i do it when im with people aswell. its like i instantley go into this hypnotic state and then i instantley come back to reality realizing im acting out my thoughts through throat and lips. |

"we are all human, but when left on our own it is easily forgotten".
Once someone thought I was crazy because I muttered "it's due in two days" under my breath, but I was really just thinking out loud about an English project. |
