Since this is the HEALTH forum, I figured this would go here, but if I'm wrong, please correct me.

If you have problems with PMS, water retention or cramps....

I found an herbal suppliment that helps with ALL those symptoms and does not have pain medicine in it. It's called Rose Hips. It worked wonders for me. And I haven't had to take a single pain med and I only gained 1-2lbs rather than the 4-6lbs of water that I usually do.

The brand I found is called Soloray and I found it at my local health food store.
