I know some people couldn't dream of sleeping (A-hur, pun) just after a cup of coffee, but coffee doesn't seem to do much for me.

I was thinking of drinking a cup before bed that way I could get up easier in the morning/to write down a dream-- I have a horrible time waking up enough to record dreams. I dunno if it may have any effect on my sleep pattern (Maybe less deep sleep? )

Either of those sound plausable? Has anyone else tried?
