      I was soooo close!

Last night I was EXTREMLY close to entering SP. I laid in bed without moving for quite a while. Then my body started to go numb and everything. Then when I somehow just stopped thinking and my breath got very light I could feel my body about to vibrate. As soon as I knew that I go excited and I started to breath hard again. So I tried to concentrate and and every time I breathed out I could feel my body vibrating. Well...I dont think I got into a full SP but I was extremly close to how i felt last time I had one! Im so happy!

Also how does getting into SP help with dreams? Besides the fact that it keeps you from moving around.

This is more of a question than an answer. I have never entered into SP consciously, and have only woke up with sleep paralysis once in my life. I guess i don't have it naturally. coming from you, someone who almost got there, how long did you have to lay down before you felt the vibrations?

My first time entering SP was from a normal dream. I woke up somewhat in the morning but I was so tired I tried to go back to sleep. In a matter of 10 minutes I opened my eyes, I was paralysed and my wall was changing patterns of dark orange and black. I got so scared I snapped myself out of it.
