i was just wondering this because i need a LOT of sleep so i can function everyday. Sometimes people say that i sleep too much and it is bad. i wondered if there was a way to control it and still not be wicked tired during the day.
i usually need about 12/13 hours of sleep/night. The other day i slept from 5pm-10:30am then i got up had breakfast and went back to bed from 11:30am-5:00pm. im not so sure this is good for my body, but i deffinatly need a lot of sleep.
