Go to the drugstore or not the drogstore it's like a herb store or vitamin store or something you should have one in your neighborhood. Do you know what I am talking about? |

What gets me tired (oddly) is if i lay in bed with all the lights off and watch tv, the light makes my eyes tired and its not too hard to get to sleep from there |

I have the same problem almost everynight. I was taking tylenol pm to sleep, but got dependant on it. I really don't recommend taking any over the counter sleep aids. I've never tried Melatonin though. I may try that. I'm reading about it now and it's supposed to increase the vividness and frequency of dreams and that high doses (50mg) dramatically increases REM sleep time and activity. It sounds good to me and if it can help get me to sleep, it's a bonus. |

Maybe you have alot on your mind, just as a guess, you could try maybe doing some meditation to clear your mind before bed. Also i have found that listening to some relaxing music as you go to bed or maybe a podcast or what not it can make you feel relaxed, or there is an alternative in which you could just get some exercise and knacker yourself out. I hope things get back to normal for you! |

To be perfectly honest, just counting works fine for me. Either that, or make up stories in your head. Or, you can try simple things like thinking up a girls name to every letter of the alphabet. If nothing else works, just try reading 'till you can't keep your eyes open. |
