Ok...everynight I have problems going to sleep. I'm just not tired...I don't do alot of exsercise in the day because all I really like to do is play games and play my guitar and watch TV. Right now Im posting this at 5oclock in the morning...Im about to go to bed because I jsut tried this mp3 thing.

What I want to know is...is there anyway I can get really tired without taking any pills or doing exsercise(running and that kind of crap...)?
