Well, if you simply want to tough it out until vacation, and don't mind losing lucidity for a few weeks, I'd suggest a box each of SominEx and NoDoz... Sure, it's unhealthy, but it sure as hell works for me when I just can't take it, and need to artificially regulate the old circadian clock... I'd suggest waiting until vacation and then getting yourself together. I'll shut up now, because I doubt anyone finds this particularly helpful advice... |

My idea is you should just go to sleep, thats the most practical thing to do, by that I mean just try and go to bed you won't be laying there for like 5 hours or anything, just close your eyes, and stay still, you will eventualy go to sleep. |
