I have not seen this topic before and was wondering if anyone out there can help with it.
For the last three nights i have been focused on putting myself into a Lucid state while i dream and not before i sleep (like the WILD) . I have found much success in using breathing exercises while going to sleep and repeating to myself that i will wake up when i am dreaming.
Well, for the last three nights i have been unable to sleep for more than 3 hours at a time and continually wake up to see the time changed three hours ahead of the last time i checked.
This is getting somewhat annoying and i think it is interfering with my ability to LD. (since i cannot stay asleep long enough to LD) this morning i managed to have a partial dream recall from last night but it was as though i did not have the chance to experience my dream while i was in the dream state. It was like i could only experience it after i had awoke and recalled it.
