Usually it takes me around 30 minutes to fall asleep. I don't mind it though, because it's constant and I guess it's not too long of a wait.
But for the past 3 nights, I've had trouble falling asleep. I'm kept my sleep schedule completly the same, but for some reason its' been taking me 2 hours to fall asleep at 12 AM, and then 1 hour 30 minutes to fall asleep again when I wake up at 5 AM.
I don't know why this is happening...... I can't think of a reason. The big problem with this is not only the fact that I'd sleep 6 and a half hours a day but I need to spend 10 hours to sleep that much, but also last night at 5 AM I took 100 mg of B6. I'm pretty sure it was almost totally worn off by the time I fell asleep 1 hour 30 miutes after.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help fall asleep? Besides taking a hot bath
