Yo. I'm a terrible insomniac. I've been that way almost ten years now and it's murder on dream recall. I find that if I go through a bout of insomnia, that my recall dies and can take weeks to build back.

Ignoring tactics to get rid of insomnia, I'm wondering if any of my fellow insomniacs have any tips for encouraging dream recall? (Outside of the usual keeping a journal more etc).
