Hello! I just adapted to the Everyman Schedule (3.5 core sleep, 3x 20 min naps). I love it!

I'd like to see how many others in this community are interested in Polyphasic sleep. Its a powerful way to live for sure.

My schedule that works well with my "9 to 5" job is:
10 PM - 1:30 AM Core sleep
5:30 AM Nap 1 - 20 min
12 PM Nap 2 - 20 min
5:30 PM Nap 3 - 20 min
