Hello! So I just have one question for you all. What do you think is the best book for tips on how to sleep better? I have been looking on amazon to find some good books since sleeping better also results in better chances at lucidity. On Amazon, I found a book called Sleep Smarter: 21 Proven Tips to Sleep Your Way To a Better Body, Better Health and Bigger Success as well as another book called Sleep Soundly Every Night, Feel Fantastic Every Day: A Doctor's Guide to Solving Your Sleep Problems. I'm trying to choose between these two books, but it's difficult. Any suggestions?
