Can't fall asleep, am I sleep deprived? Insomina???
Ok, so I have been having a really hard time with falling asleep for about 2 to 3 months now. I have tried everything from setting a bed schudle, to warm showers, and dietary supplements like Melatonin. I will go to bed at 9 at night and I will lay awake until 4 am tossing and turning! Sometimes I can go to bed at 11 at night sleep for a few hours but as soon as I wake up I feel like I never got any sleep... Or I have a very inturrupted sleep. I'm not sure if its a huge problem, but I never feel fully rested and I am not sure if I need to try a new method? Should I be more concerened? I am afraid that not getting the sleep I need is playing a huge part to my stress and productivity, but I am not sure if it's smoehting I should go to a doctor about? Any help is much appreciated!
