Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
Humm... I guess I would choose extreme excitation. Both are destructive but I think that boredom is even more, at least with the second you've your mind busy with stuff. |

I like destruction and reality, and one invariably leads to the other.
'Dreams are real while they last. Can we say more of life?'
'We die to remember what we live to forget'

Depends. Reading boring text books and getting smarter > getting raped, riding a roller coaster > reading boring textbooks |

I'd choose extreme boredom. I would rather grow apathetic with all things than be shivering in an agony that is without words. |

I hear ya, Soulless. Bring on the boredom! |

Soulless said it best. Boredom. |

Im a tough guy, so I take both! |
