Recently I bought a sweet new sleeping mask and custom molded earplugs that don't protrude and are nice to sleep on.
I've been noticing my night awakenings a lot more for some reason. I find myself frequently waking up thinking, "Shit, was I even asleep this whole time?" and can't take advantage of a quick WILD or something.
What the hell's going on?! Is my body just having to readjust some settings because of the add-ons?
