Hello friends. I have the following problem. My sleep schedule is seriously broken and I have no idea what to do about it. For the past month or so I was having changes made to it, because I was going to clubs often, staying up all night, new year's eve too, and so on. So, for example, sometimes I went to sleep at 6 A.M. and was waking up at 15:00 P.M. But, there were days, when I was going to bed relatively early. And for no reason at all I have been waking up randomly at 3-4 A.M., unable to sleep again. So I stay up on my computer, but when the morning comes I start feeling sleepy and tired. Sometimes I wake up like this and then fall asleep again, and wake up at 15:00 P.M. again (concidering I fell asleep at ~23;00). It really bothers me.
