When I wake up I can't go back to sleep?
This doesn't really have to do with lucid dreaming directly, but it could be a factor of me not attaining lucidity. (so mods please move this thread if this isn't in the right place)
For as long as I can remember, I've had trouble going to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. This can be a problem with WBTBs because I'm often lying in my bed for 2hours+ just trying to go to sleep. The only thing I do during WBTBs is go to the bathroom and drink a glass of water which takes about 2 minutes. Then, I go straight back to my bed to try to sleep unless I have to DJ something really important.
I can usually go to sleep fine for the first time at night, so I don't really know whats keeping me from falling asleep when I've already woken up once...
If anyone has some tips on falling sleep easily, please give me them because I'm desperate D:
