Yeah, a ton of people around the forums have been on these difference sleep schedules. I want to try one, but it cannot fit into my current schedule due to school. What about you? Are you interested in trying one? |

I've been trying out the everyman. And I've only done it for a few days, but I'm not overly tired. My body is still adjusting to it, but it's definatly something worth trying out. Uberman looks too challenging to do for me, plus I have a hard time going to sleep, so I feel that 6 20 minute naps would turn into 6 20 minute going to sleep, then 6 20 minute sleep. So it'd still be 4 hours. |

This summer and a few days ago i've tried the Everyman 3 nap, but it had been too limiting for my routines. Now i want to try the 2 nap. Do you think this schedule could work? |
