Can't sleep after waking up to record dreams

For the last week I have not been able to fall asleep after recording my dreams. I try to clear my mind but I end up moving in the end.

      Try Meditation.
Well and if you slept enought to be rested, its not that bad.
Except for you are always tired and still cant sleep, thats fucking uncomfortable.

      good luck

Another thing that helps me all the time is thinking of plot lines and playing them out in my head.
Don't think too much about sleeping or not and just lay comfortably, maybe getting up and grabbing a glass of milk might help too.

Over thinking is your worst enemy, so just think of a dream plot you'd like to have or replay the one you just got out of.

Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
