Does anyone here know any meditation techniques I could try to relieve some stress, anxiety, and help me keep more focused? I've been stressed lately so I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I've been meditating for the past couple of weeks for about 30 minutes doing the breathing techniques and its been helpful, but I'm trying to find something that's more suitable and helps allot that can help me with my anxiety and stress levels.
