I tried to workout about an hour before i went to sleep because im trying to work out monday, wednesday, and friday. I tried the WBTB technique, and my dreams have been getting more and more vivid since ive been keeping a dream journal but even with the addition to the WBTB technique I know i had dreams but they were very, very vague. I accidentally moved when i woke up too so i have no idea what they were about either. Is it bad to work out when you are about to go to sleep as it may make my brain tired and have less activity?
I also tried drinking apple juice but that was about 10 minutes before i went to sleep and I now realize it has to be 2-3 hours before. I also had some other snacks 10 minutes before bed, 1 oreo and a piece of salmon..... lol.
