      Stress and Dreaming

Basically I'm approaching the exams for my first year of A level, under considerable stress, moreover my hayfever medicine's active ingredient is a chronic (long-term) stress hormone, Corticosteroids, and while the medicine information assures me very little of it will enter my bloodstream, will this affect my ability to lucid dream? I'm sleeping fine, I'm just wondering whether my ability to lucid is impaired at the moment.

Generally more strees = Less dream recall, if your practising DILD you'll probebly won't reality check near as much as you normally would. Less dream recall also means you might forgot your lucids or they won't be very vivid and oftne left disappointed that it didn't feel as real as hoped
They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
      By dreaming, every day.

Thanks for the replies, I'd kinda given up on this thread xD

I have succeeded in a few lucids in the last couple of weeks, so I'm turning that into a positive attitude of 'stress makes no difference to my dreaming' and then 'after my exams I will have more lucids'.
