      Exclamation Why...? LD(Dreams) replacing(and) Rest(Sleep)

I...Why am I LDing every night (naturally) and waking up tired (headaches sometimes)?
Like I've never slept throughout the night (mentally exhausted).
      Day: On Earth
      -no rest-
      Night: In mind (another Earth)
      -cycle repeats-
Why am I experiencing this problem with luciding?
I've tried asking at LD forum but received no answers to why...so perhaps...I might receive some explanations here (hope so).
      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!

I read your thread a while back and I do not think that you are having actual lucid dreams.

And if you are having LD's nightly I don't think that they are related to you being tired. When your lucid it doesnt mean that your not sleeping.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

      Heard that before.

Just had crazy 'talks' over chat...I'm never going back there again. But glad to have some 'enlightenment' over this site.
I knew what I have to do: Maybe if I'd stop asking for solutions, it'll naturally come to me. That'll do. Goodbye.
