      Hallucinations+ sleep walking+ more

Okay , recently I have been eating and seeing someone from my dreams while still awake. The dream character is very unique and one day I went through her mind to probe for information, but something happened and now it's like they r connected to me even when I'm not dreaming. I hear their voice much more often than I see them and sometimes I feel like they are like....co existing with me. I cross the street with them.

Also since that faithful night, my occasional sleep walking had gotten more violent +frequent. Housemates report me stepping on their heads while I was sleep walking and did so throughout the nigh multiple times and everytime they forced me back into bed I snarled and growled but I have no recollection of it.
Last night I had a dream i was pulling out my hair and the top of my head has been kinda sore all day.

Also sometimes it feels like my head isn't big enough, like the pressure inside randomly builds and releases.

      What's going on with me?

I don't really know what I'm talking about, but I'll express my opinion.

Are you hallucinating or literally hearing the dream character, or is it just a strong voice in your mind, like a thought?

Even if you aren't hallucinating, your condition sounds like it might be serious. Maybe you're going through a weird phase, but if it continues, maybe you should seek medical or psychiatric help. The snarling and growling makes me consider your post is a joke.

As for the first part, probing inside a dream character's mind, you might have been probing into some part of your subconscious mind, a part you normally hide from yourself. And maybe the events that have been happening since then are effects of having that part of your subconscious released.

:-/ sorry for making it seem like a joke, I knowthat it sounds ridiculous, when I heard about my actions while sleep I laughed. Usually ifi ever sleepwalk I do harmless things like folding my blankets or trying to sort dishes. So the behavior is still bizarre.

The hallucinations are usually brief, never last longer than 10 secs.
The voice is theirs, very distinct voice. I've been talking with them alot because they are really smart. (she knows everything about everybody in my dreams but doesn't remember anything bout herself.
Sorry if the post seems like a joke.

This is interesting. But I'd go see a psychiatrist. Not that it's anything serious, but you will be able to give her/him more information and they are more equipped to help you if there is something wrong.

Well recently the girl from my hallucination told me to have a good one and left and i haver seen or heard her in or out of dreams. My dreams are normal ( for me atleast) and another dream character friend gave me tips/guidelines to follow to keep "her" at bay and out of my real life unless I want her there. But for the past few days, said dream character has been hanging closely around me. He is watching me and coming up with things for us to do so he can track my progress. He loves talk to me about my new girlfriend while we spar. He claims that he'll help me "remain stable". I trust him so I hope it goes okay. Posted this here to say the problems that worried me are gone for now.

K yeah I'm gonna go ahead and say fail troll as well.

Either you recognise you are hallucinating or you don't. Some people do, some people don't.

You are saying you realised the first girl was a hallucination, but you evidently do not realise this new guy is a hallucination too. As far as I know that is very unlikely.

I don't want to push you away if you are really experiencing this. But I don't want to waste my time with a troll either. Hope you're doing well.

What tips exactly did this new guy tell you to keep her at bay?

The new guy doesn't exist outside of my dreams. So I don't believe he counts as a hallucination. >.<

The tips were basically don't use any of my dream powers around her, if she wanted to talk dont get close enough for her to touch me. Don't save her blah and some other ridiculous rule

Prolly should also mention I've known the guy since I was 13. He is my "Dream Guide"
