      Speed Sleep

Has anyone ever heard of this product? A friend of mine told me about it, so I decided to look it up online. It seems legit, though some of the reviews seem kind of hit-and-miss. I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this system, and if they have gotten any results out of it. If it does work, I think it could have some pretty interesting effects on WILD attempts, if nothing else.

Nope, can't say I've ever heard of it. I never buy stuff like that - I just buy groceries and common stuff, really. I don't think I've ever been swayed by infomercials or advertisements for useless products.

You never want to get scammed by one of those evil telemarketing companies, you know? I've heard that even their former employees are evil!

And who's talking about paying money for it?

I have to say that I've always lent a curious ear to any of the products related to sleep and dreaming, though I can't see myself ever purchasing any of them. But the REM Light-up Dream-Mask thing looks pretty interesting. If anything, this specific product seems to be just like most meditation CDs, just slapped with a different title and intent.

Who would want to speedsleep? Well I guess it's okay if you have nightmares, or something.

      Hi,

I feel that when I go to sleep I listen soft music for speed sleep. It's very helpful for make my concentration over the sleeping otherwise I think anything else always. It's work for me as a pill of sleeping.

Tommo how well do these meditation methods actually work on scale 1-10?

These ones in the OP? Or just generally?'
I've found some work better than others.

Some are great, but you still can't listen to them every night because you start getting bored of them. So it's good to have a large number of them which you can choose from.

Some are fucking terrible. Don't bother with the binaural beats for example.
One time I got this one with awesome background music, but this guy obviously made it for his gf and started talking about fucking her and shit haha

See if you can find Aquanina's thread about holographic audio or something.
I'm not sure if anyone has made any for inducing lucid dreams, but for getting to sleep they should work great if you get a nature one or something.

Have you tried this particular one? And if so, do you see any better results with this than other programs?

No I haven't tried this one. But I'd hazard a guess that it's no better. Plus it depends on the person.
I'm gonna go ahead and say the creators of this CD just paid of some people to do studies. And possibly the news program too.

There's just no reason it could be any better than any other high quality meditation/hypnosis audio.

The main factors I've found that make these things good is the sound of the persons voice and the intervals between their sentences.

You need one with a low voice, not necessarily deep (but not high-pitched either lol), but calm and low.
Some of them go way too quickly. For example one I listened to for inducing lucid dreams, she guides you to step in to this warm pool of water and then has a long pause with the background music still going, then she says "You get out and dry yourself off and walk over to....." But in your head you're imagining drying yourself taking longer than .2 of a second.

So yeah, there isn't going to be one CD or audio file which is perfect. You're going to want to search through probably hundreds of them.
But just listen to little bits of them first to see if you like the voice, coz if you don't it's not going to work. It just starts to agitate you.

I might upload some of the best ones I have later.
