Waking up tired and remaining tired

I have been waking up tired and remaining tired throughout the day. For some reason, I have been getting restless sleep.

I have an iPod app that senses when to wake me up at a good time, but it has been saying I have been moving a lot. See the attachment for an idea on how much I move (the blue line represents movement).
