Thread: Sins of a Solar Empire

Does anyone else have it? I just finished a round with Portalboat and it was *amazing*. I'm looking for more people to play with.

Love that game. Haven't played it in a while, I should install it again.

I don't have much time for games these days, but I'm usually free for a little bit on the weekends, albeit only at a late hour.

I hadn't played it for a long time either, but I had a really good round with portalboat. (It was 2 hours O.o... but I won

I used to have a couple friends that I'd load up a Hamachi server with. The four of us would jump onto the biggest map available, or use the map editor to create the biggest one we could.

We had epic matches that could last for days. The multiplayer save feature was awesome, as we'd have to save and leave and come back every so often.

Those tended to drag on and get boring fast though. Just too much territory to effectively manage. I don't think we ever actually finished one of those matches.

I love the name "Sins of a Solar Empire" but I've never played the game.

What's it like?
