I've heard they give you insomnia....but since it seems you have it I dunno what it could possibly hurt.

they always put me to sleep...well the sleep ones that is. I use them for my polyhapsic sleeping. I can be concious and still get rem sleep in as long as i dont move and than I wake up once it tells me too. works pretty damn well if you ask me.
