      need WILD help

      last night i did WBTB but my alarm clock was too loud and i couldnt get back to sleep after i woke up. does anyone kno how to wake up without it being so loud u can get back 2 sleep and WILD?

      adjust your WBTB time. wake up a little earlier maybe? or maybe a little later. It might not be the loudness of the alarm.

      I use a cell phone set to vibrate under my pillow. It's not a startling sound, and I always slowly wake up - and can easily go back to sleep.

      that's an amazing idea i cant believe i never thought of that. I wanted a way to hear the alarm and wake up without having to get out of bed.

      if you don't have a volume adjust just toss a bunched up towel or blanket over the alarm.
