Thread: Anyone else try to LD NYE?

I went to bed at about 4am (still a little drunk) and decided what the heck, i'll try and WILD. For quite some time I lay in my bed without really feeling anything. After about half an hour though, my hearing cut-out and i started hearing different sounds (can't remember what). My body was tingling and my midsection felt as if it was lower than the rest of my body or falling through my bed. Not too sure what happened after this but I didn't get lucid that night; only some weird dreams Anyone else try to Lucid New Years Eve?

It took me forever to fall asleep last night, so I settled for normal sleep... T____T

I got my second/third(ish) Ld last night, I tried to WILD, but I just fell asleep, but I ended up doing a RC, and flying. It was the first one that felt like I was physically in a dream.

right on man, glad to hear atleast someone did something productive last night

on NYE I conducted a little experiment, late nights + caffine = vivid dreams? (I can't drink caffine when I WBTB because if I get out of bed it takes me too long to fall asleep) The experiment was a success

I slept 10 hours and woke up frequently and recalled all my dreams during the latter 3 hours. Finally in the 9th hour, I flew, and for the first time ever I actually connected the dots and realized that flying meant I was dreaming. So I had a LD with flying ability for about 15 minutes, until I forgot that I was lucid or that I could fly.
