      Attaining lucidity

Recently I quit smoking pot(taking a break) w/e you want to call it. I started to diet kava-kava(an herb that cultivates awareness) and i started meditating. The first day I started this I had a lucid dream, and ive been having lucid dreams ever since. This has been going on for four days. Meditation and constant awareness during your waking experience is essential to gaining lucidity.

      Talking

You just gave me a great idea. Self awareness and meditation all together

donno when to start though LOL. I'll start by meditating tomorrow followed by trying to keep constant awareness for as long as i can

Those two indeed play an important role when it comes to having loads of DILDs

What do you mean by "constant awareness?" Is it mentioned in a tutorial? On a different site?

I have problems with DILDs. I had a few one night when I first started, but since then I can never remember in dreams to question if I'm dreaming. It's like my conscious mind totally shuts down when I fall asleep. I wish I could get it back.

When I say constant awareness I mean being completely lucid throughout the day. After a meditation session you come out completely lucid, as if you were dreaming. You are completely aware to all your surroundings and your mind is very calm. Instead of having your mind all jumbled with thoughts throughout the day and being on zombie mode.

it might actuallyhave more to do with the kava. I had a friend who went over to Fiji, and every night he drank kava he'd have incredibly vivid dreams.
