      Question Question about WILD --help plz--

      I have a question about WILD

      I always get to the point in which i feel like a powerful wave shakes me for like 2 seconds and then i feel little vibrations for prolonged time (probably 5 or 8 minutes) then nothing happens to me.

      Are you sure you haven't transitioned into a dream?

      For me, my WILDS are always exactly the same. Head vibrations for about 10-30 seconds, one or more waves, followed by a feeling of translating (e.g. - floating or falling). When I open my eyes, I'm right were I started. Usually the couch. But I'm dreaming.My brain remembers the exact location where I fell asleep and starts the LD at that spot.

      yea yea, the same symptoms, i feel like there is no gravity and like i am spinning, but as far as my reality checks work im totally in reality
      the fisrt time this happened i felt the copmpression of my astral body but i was a little freaked out and i re joined my physical body
