      How I WBTB

      Basically, I go to bed as usual, and five or so hours later when I wake up, I go grab a drink of milk or use the washroom or something, then go straight back to sleep, but on the couch instead of my room. For some reason I've had five lucid dreams over the last week without any effort beside changing beds. This is a change from one or two lucid dreams a week.
      I've also tried sleeping with my head at one end of my futon, and when I wake up moving it to the other, and had about a 50% success rate.
      This seems to work as well as staying awake for a few hours or so, and I don't bother doing any reality checks or anything, so I prefer it.
