      Help with RC's

In a Dream I got a drink of water and did an RC but didn’t realize it was a dream. I've been working on improving the quality of my RCs and this is a clear sign that I need to keep working. So can you guys give me some advice (Like what you say to yourself in an RC not what you physically do).

Hi, what RCs do U do? Most RCs don't require verbal speech but if Ur asking what is said when it's negative? Don't ever say I'm not dreaming...instead say it's not time to fly yet.... and don't be disappointed if it turns out negative. look forward to the next RC to be positive.

I read somwhere that you should always say that your dreaming after an RC. Should I do that?

Oh, and shouldn't you check your surroundings too?

Try both of them ideas. And see which ones work.

Hi, IMO RCs that are based off reasoning aren't very effective but U can try...everyone's different.... U should also try using RCs that are based on instinct meaning like dreamsigns or when a light fails do an RC. In the dream if a light fails U will not think much about it and do an RC INSTINCTIVELY! U can also try lucid dream rehearsal...worked for me twice. U simply make for example a light fail(remove the fuse..etc) in real life and U don't care if U did it or not....just do an RC when U switch it on and there's no light...do that for about a few weeks...Ur bound to dream the same thing only this time the RC is for real....
