The Ultimate technique: Here it is!

Okay so this the technique that I mentioned about yesterday. I’ve gotten pretty good results with it. Its very straight forward and very easy to do.

      You’ll need three things.

      1. Alarm clock

      2. B6 100mg

      3. And chocolate milk (Using chocolate powder). The reason you use the powder chocolate milk is because you want to make sure it has a lot of chocolate in it (make sure you add a lot of chocolate so that its really pure and dark) You should make roughly 350 ml of it.

      ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      1. I set my alarm clock fore Exactly five and a half hours after I’ve gone to sleep.

      2. Once I wake up I go to the kitchen and make the chocolate milk. I put the B6 pill (100mg) in my mouth and then drink the chocolate milk.

      3. I then go to bed. Unlike WBTB I go back to sleep immediately, so you want to go to bed as soon as possible.

      4. When your in bed. Say in your mind “I’m gonna be in a dream very soon, I’m in bed right now, and I’m going to sleep” Don’t just say this, know the meaning of what your saying.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your dream will be more a lot more vivid and your odds of becoming Lucid more than quadruples!

I know this seems very simple, and some people might think they did something very similar to it but if you follow it carefully. Its extremely effective. There’s a very high chance you’ll become Lucid. But even if you don’t you’ll have a VERY vivid dream.

Note: I don't know what exactly makes you Lucid, so theres a weird technicality. For example, I use B6 100mg. If some one else decides to use B-Complex 50mg the results may be different. Another example would be I wake up exactly five and half hours after I've gone to sleep, if someone decides to wake up four and a half hours they've gone to sleep the results may be different. So just for the sake of it, do exactely what the method says.

That's cool if that is what works for you, but this is just a different twist on a WBTB.

This thread pretty much explains why that works.

In short, B6 metabolizes Tryptophan into seratonin. Milk contains tryptophan for the B6 to metabolize, and chocolatte contains seratonin for even more seratonin.

I might try this. And I'll probably eat a banana also.

      I knew it! XD

Ah well, this looks like it'll work well. The happiness and the sugar rush from the powder probably only help.

I know there someone who will hate me for saying this but: This also probably belongs in lucid aids =)

PS - you have the same B6 container that I use! XD

I'm also tempted to drop the P-bomb too.. =/ at least in part. Although, I'm thinking the increased lucidity could be cause by the starkly different mental atmosphere caused by a combination of B6, its counterpart and some sugar on top. It should be easy to tell when it's a dream.

I will now make arby comment stronger. This belongs in lucid aids.

The technique is just basically take a bunch of drugs and drink chocolate milk. Which is not a technique at all.

How would you define a technique?

How would you define a technique?
A technique is a procedure used to accomplish a specific activity or task:

Technology, the study of or a collection of techniques
Skill, the ability to perform a task
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Technique
Since his post is not a collection of techniques and his post does not use skill, this is not a technique. See taking drugs is not a skill and drinking chocolate milk is also not a skill.

Taking the drugs away all you have is this. Which is just a Deild.

Isn't DEILD where you don't move after a brief awakening?

It would still be a WBTB.

I kind of thought that a technique was a way to get something done. Drinking something and taking something then going to sleep would be doing something, and if it gets something done, then it's a technique.

I don't think it's one catagorazable next to DILD, WILD, or WBTB, etc.

      The CMB6ILD.

Well..this might very well work. I was hoping to get my hands on some tryptophan supplements tonight to combine with my B6 and give it a shot...no luck with that.

I'll give this a shot...along with a WBTB. I've heard good things about B6 and foods rich in trytophan.

It makes sense to wake up 5 1/2 hours later. You should be awake for around 10 minutes, and it should take you 15 minutes to fall asleep so you set your self up for a pretty good REM period. But how long does it take for the B6 and chocolate milk to get fully into your brain?

That's what I was wondering. How long does it take for it all to react and take full effect? And how long does it last with full effect?

Because it's hard for me to get back to sleep after waking up at 5 and a half hours, so I was thinking maybe I'd try at 4 and a half.

Or I'll experiment to see what is best.

I did this last night. I varied a little though. I planned on taking it after five hours but i figured what the hell and drank a rich glass of chocolate milk and took my b6 before bed. I have not had a lucid dream in a significant while, and i had one

Ps 100 tablets of B6 2000% of daily value, 3.99 at walgreens. Just a simple drug store

This is a posting about how someone "attained lucidity" and therefore can be posted in either forum.

Also, I agree with Shamrox and hellopotato, does it matter WHAT it's called? I H8 Reality posted to help others get lucid.. please just appreciate the meaning behind the posting and get over the semantics!

I'll have to try this tonight. I'll choose right now to believe it will work. Even if it is the P word, I want to have a lucid dream. I don't care how.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald
