Thread: Lucid Dream or no?

Well after i fall asleep about 45 min into it, i have visuals of things that are random, i can see them almost like a hallucination but not quite,

for example two nights ago i saw my living room and in my head i said while i was sleeping"wow this is my living room" and triied to focus on different things in that room.
so is this considered a lucid dream or no?

It's only a lucid dream if during the dream you thought to yourself, "Hey, I'm dreaming."

As already stated but I will add. When your mind become fully conscious of that fact that you are dreaming whilst still asleep, that is lucidity.

Its like your mind is fully awake, your body is asleep and you are aware that you are dreaming.

Is it possible that you actually opened your eyes during sleep and saw your bedroom???
This has happened to me. Cannot move body or eyes (SP) but can see everything in the room. Close eyes and back to the dream and LD.
