      dreamscaping/paradiso

      Hi there,
I've started using the paradiso program yesterday. It's a program designed to teach you how to dreamscape. Dreamscaping is the ability to build your dreamscenario consciously while awake.

They have some great ideas with it in the introduction. For example create a dreamscenario with DC's at every door telling you that you are dreaming.

I can see how this could help LDing a lot, but I was wondering if there's anybody on this forum who uses that technique?

I searched the forum for paradiso, only 5 hits, none usable. For dreamscaping 500 hits, but apparently there are a lot of different meanings to that word, so that wasn't helpful either.

So, is there anybody here who has consciously constructed some sort of fixed dreamscenario they use to become lucid?

If so, please share your experiences; if not, has anybody tried and failed?

You're right. I'm a few days into the course now, and it literally says to VILD. I just thought it was something different when I started it.

But anyway, I'll just continu the course and read some more on VILD, hopefully this works for me.
