one thing that helps me not dream, (or keeps me from dreaming) is to stay up late enough that being aware is just too much effort. |

I have accidentally stumbled upon Lucid Dreaming by practicing it myself. I have been doing it now for a little over a month and have enjoyed it until now. I'm finding myself waking up feeling extremely tired and fatigued and feel this must be due to my conscious mind not getting a solid night's sleep because it is constantly "aware". Now, I am finding myself trying very hard NOT to dream at night because I want to get a good nights sleep. Is anyone else finding themselves with the same problem? |

Long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be.

Recurring dream problem: Driving a car with no breaks.
I dream whether I like it or not... remember them, too; though I'll forget them if I don't concentrate on them the first twenty minutes or so after waking. |
