Hey all, this is a full talk given by Tenzin Rinpoche at the 2016 Summer Retreat. The topic was sleep yoga. I attended the first week, and this was the talk given publicly. It's really good, and Rinpoche even gives an experiential "taste" of what sleep yoga is like. Very cool. |

I will add this to my to watch list! Thanks |

This appears to be worthwhile as well. Watching now: |

Thanks for sharing. I just finished watching. He is a good speaker. He mentions clear light, which resonated with me because I am reading a book and it mentioned Clear Light for a meditation (in today's reading). I appreciated Tenzin's elaboration of that- it came at the right time for me! |

From the darkness, a beauty arises; a mystery, seeking the light~
It just so happens that I'm reading his book at the moment, 'The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep'! I'll be sure to watch this as he seems to know his stuff! |

I certainly was - pure magic! |

I like Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche a great deal, his book 'The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep' was the second book I ever read on the subject of lucid dreaming and help me a lot. I enjoyed the other books I read by him as well. |
|
I just recently finished "Awakening the Luminous Mind." Really good, and one of those books that just doesn't show up very much. Everything in it is experiential and direct. In case you are looking for another book by TWR... |
