The mindset to dream control I've adopted is that whatever is happening in the dream is always a direct representation of what is subconsciously going through my mind. So in order to change the dream, I have to change not just what is consciously going through my mind, but also what is subconsciously going through my mind. But how do I do this?
When inadvertently flying up, I've had success with assertively and repetitively thinking "DOWN" until that thinking became subconscious as well, allowing me to successfully float back down.
But other than assertive repetitive thinking, are there any other methods to make conscious thoughts become subconscious as well?
