Check out my daily routine (: is it good?

Check out my daily routine and tell me what you think. I'm creating something I can do daily that can aid each other with helping me become lucid.

Well anyways. Throughout the day I try and maintain my awareness of my 5 senses as long as possible (ADA) there are days where I am crazy aware and days where I'm not as aware as before. I'm sure its normal for this to happen, I'm just glad that I'm making progress.

Okay so along with ada I also reality check whenever I remember to do so. I make it my goal to really question if I am dreaming , being aware the entire time and I even like to pretend I am dreaming when doing the RC.

My night time routine consists of me meditating in bed. To meditate I basically just incorporate my ADA into it. Be aware of my senses, and also watch my thoughts being careful not to judge them or interact with them.
At night I will also start to drinking quite a bit of water so I can wake up naturally. I hear that our brain naturally wakes us up at the end of REM to go pee, so I figured I'd use this water technique instead of an alarm. This technique seems beneficial because it'll help me find my REM times, journal my dreams, and I am also able to perform SSILD and have a good chance of it working since I'd be so close to REM.
Ssild is basically similar to ADA in that it includes you being aware of your senses.

So basically my entire daily routine consists of plain old ADA, reality checks, ADA meditation, as well as a wbtb ssild attempt which is basically also ADA. My entire day revolves around ADA in a way.

Now I haven't really tested out the water technique much as I have been more focused on staying aware throughout the day, but tonight im going to start doing it along with ssild.

Anyways, does this sound like a good plan?

Surely if I stick to doing these practices every day, they will start to benefit each other and allow me several ways to get lucid.

ADA would provide me the dilds. Meditation will raise my awareness and concentration. Ssild will also allow me to get dilds but may also even allow me to get wilds once in awhile if im relaxed enough.

What do you guys think? Does all of this seem to make sense? (Lol that pun. "Make sense" when my entire day basically revolves around me focusing on my senses)

You're really putting a lot of thought and work into getting lucid and I think you most likely will become lucid in the near future. The main plan is to to be as aware and critical as possible during day and night-time and since your practice is basically all about that aspect, it should work really well. You could try WBTB the same time as you wake up to bathroom or to journal your dreams. It's an easy method. Just stay up the time you feel comfortable with and continue your ADA practice for a while and then return to sleep normally. (And you should fall asleep quite easily with the SSILD - technique, that's what I remember about it). You should get DILDs quite easily that way. My experiences have been that I have reached the best lucids when staying lucid instead of trying to reach lucidity. You could try that mind-set too. So yes, your plan is pretty good. Just remember not to make the ADA a "Mindless" habit and same with the RCs. Really question the moment and think of how it would feel like to become lucid right then. Tell us later how your practice has worked out Can't wait to read about your lucid adventures!

Keep a water bottle by you when you sleep so when you awaken and journal (even if you don't remember a dream write something, even if just '12:55 awoke') you will be able to drink some more water even if you don't need to go to the bathroom.

If you are waking after the first 2.5/3 hrs from your first sleep time and then every 90 min or so then you are drinking enough once you have much sleep you might find yourself waking as often as every 30-40 minutes.

Have you had any Lucid Dreams?, when I first started trying to have intentional Lucid Dreams, I had at least had random spontaneous ones decades earlier as a child / teen.
Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
