Is it possible to re enter a dream you've had in the past?

I'm wanting to try to use my dreams to write a story. Is there a technique to do so? I'm wanting to re enter a past dream and figure out where to lead the story.

Absolutely so.

Technique? Not so.

I would say, be creative about it. Maybe take out a DJ within a dream and expect everything to be there, then jump right into. Search for the "Oneiroer dreams" TV channel, or radio, or something else!

Building on Hukif's suggestions, click on "Past dreams" on your dream phone, and then on the dream you want to relive (which implies sync-to-brain). The dream should start immediately, if your drivers are up to date.

Full disclosure: I have never tried that idea myself (but then again, it only just appeared).

Yeah it is possible. I also had a dream about playing on an pretty old and rusty piano. Weeks after that, I dreamed the same room, and I was like - oh, they have repaired this piano, it's so shiny.
