I've recently started looking more into lucid dreaming, but haven't had a chance to actually practice it because I never seem to have dreams. However, I'm starting to wonder: am I not dreaming often, or am I just forgetting them?
If I'm forgetting them, what are some ways to improve my dream recall? Does it depend on how much sleep you get? When you fall asleep, or when you wake up? Or is it just random/depends on the person?
Tonight, I might try going to sleep earlier, since I often stay up at least until after midnight. I remember having more dreams when I went to sleep earlier. I do sometimes have dreams when I go to sleep late, though, soo..
