I'm Luuk!
I have tried to lucid dream a couple of years ago when i thought i could half-ass it and still get results. As you would probably expect i didnt get any whatsoever...
Now i'm back for a second try!
Lucid dreaming has always been interesting for me cause i remember having really vivid dreams as a kid some of which i still remember to this day. When i first heard/read about what they actually are i tried for a while to keep a journal and WBTB several times a week but i was not consistent and my sleep schedule was also really fucked. This time i want to take it a lot more serious and also have to keep in mind to not expect results in a week.
I am lucky at this point to have a load of free time the next couple of months(WBTB all day erry day) but this is a double-edged sword as this also means most of my daily routine is exactly the same most days. I've run into some trouble where my answers to "where were you 5 minutes ago" keeps being : at my computer. Next to this probably my biggest obstacle this time around is weed. I used to smoke pretty much weekly which caused me to have zero dream recall. Also my dreams for some reason after quitting so far have been really vague and seem like a blur. I currently dont really know what methods work for me yet and will try different one's over the next couple of weeks.
Short term goal list:
1. Improve dream recal!
2. Have a lucid dream.
3. WILD succesfully.
Long term goals :
1. Fly in a dream.
2. Have conversations with dream characters.
3. Get The Flash like powers.
So know that you know a bit about me, any tips that i should know before hand? Any avoidable beginner mistakes?
Thank you for reading!
